When you use our contact or onboarding forms we collect what you choose to give us: your name, email, phone number, business details and your message. Our website also uses privacy-friendly analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) which does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, assess how we can help, and provide our services. We don't use your details for unsolicited marketing, and we never sell them.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are delivered to us by our form provider and stored in our email and practice-management systems. Our website is hosted on Vercel. Some providers store data outside Australia; we choose providers with appropriate safeguards.

Who sees it

The Adamz Group team and, where relevant to your enquiry, the group division best placed to help (for example BSML Accountants or ImplementHQ). We don't share your information with anyone else unless you ask us to or the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email contact@adamzgroup.com and we'll action it promptly.
